Spotlar is a Brazilian proptech company that is redefining the concept of “move-in ready.” The startup provides a service that allows buyers of off-plan properties to personalize their apartments using a platform with 3D visualization. As a result, the property is fully furnished and decorated when the keys are handed over.

This project features a corporate video aimed at a B2C audience, created to provide an immediate understanding of the solution and contrast the pain points of the traditional renovation model with the platform’s efficiency.

My role in this project covered the entire video production process. I was responsible for creative direction, scriptwriting, storyboarding, animation, visual composition, sound effects, and AI-generated voiceover.
